Managing partner Bruce Piontkowski was born in Bellevue, Washington. He is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law. This law school has been ranked in the top 10 best law schools in the United States for decades.

Mr. Piontkowski has been practicing law in California for almost a quarter-century. He has appeared in the courts in most of the counties in California and is admitted to practice in the Eastern District Federal Court, Northern District Federal Court, Central District Federal Court and Southern District Federal Court. Mr. Piontkowski has also appeared before the California Court of Appeals and represented the prevailing party in the precedent-setting case Ali v. American Software. He has represented clients big and small throughout California, from individual homeowners, small businesses, vineyards and farms to large multinational corporations.
